MiDatabank - Administration

The Administrator application is used by a senior MI Pharmacist to configure the Enquiry Management system. This includes configuration of the following:

  • Centres - one or more Medicines Informaton (MI) centres contained on the system
  • Enquirers - the database of individuals and organisations, representing the enquirers
  • Users - username/passwords for the other MI Pharmacists at the Centres
  • Resources - the resources available at each MI Centre
  • Keywords - the keywords available
  • Origins - a customisable hierarchical list of enquiry origins

With MiDatabank Version 2, it is possible to automatically keep your list of resources up-to-date by updating from the master list of resources which is maintained centrally:
