The Enquiry Manager is used by Medicines
Information (MI) Pharmacists to record and manage their enquiries. Here
are some of the key features:
Work-In-Progress
The
Work-In-Progress window displays the current enquiries and their status:
Searching
An Advanced Search is available to search
Enquiries, both Archived and In-Progress. The Search Terms are comprehensive
and include search by keyword, category, text, enquirer, patient,
date range, origin and who the enquiry was taken by, or completed by.
The text search includes a full-text search of all text fields of all
enquiries including the Question, Research and Answer fields.
Creating Enquiries
To create a new enquiry the user cicks on the 'New Enquiry'
button and enters the data from the enquirer:
The enquiry can be allocated to other users if required.
The tabs along the top of the window above show how the system enables
the user to record all the stages of processing an enquiry from Input
to Completion.
Reporting
Comprehensive Reporting facilities are provided, for producing Workload,
Enquiries and Staff reports. These can be printed directly or saved as
Word or PDF documents:
