You can write your answer
to be emailed in the usual way using the Answer field whilst
viewing your Research Summary. This text can then be copied
and pasted into an email and sent.
Don’t forget to cite any references used.
Remember to add a note so it is clear what you have emailed,
including attachments and use <Ctrl M> to mark the answer
with your name, the date and the time i.e.

Yes, you can copy and paste
enquirer name and address details for use in a letter/email/fax.
To do this go to the Completion screen, click the Print Enquiry
button
OR right click on the enquiry title in the “In Progress” tray.
Select Show Enquiry Report (Printable).
