• Can reports be generated for individual MI staff?

Not currently as the UKMi Executive was asked to identify all the reports it needed for version 1 and this type was not requested. It will be available for version 2.

Yes, you can run a workload report which lists Enquiry Category as one of the subsections

Can data be exported into Excel spreadsheets and used to produce graphs?
