Before enquiries are imported into MiDataBank you first need
to run the export utility. Create a directory on your hard
disk and extract
DI2MIDB.exe and base.mdb to this directory.
Important: You must run the export program on a PC that currently has
DI SCAN installed.
Follow the instructions below. Once complete, there will a database
called exportmi.mdb created inside the same directory as DI2MIDB.exe.
This file (exportmi.mdb) can now be imported from within the admin
application of MiDatabank 1.1
DI-SCAN users
1. Run the conversion program DI2MIDB.EXE.
2. Click “Open DI-SCAN enquiries” – your enquiries
and keywords should appear at the top of the screen.
3. Click the button “Click to Export DI-SCAN Enquiries”
The enquiries should be transferred to the bottom of the screen ready
to install into Mi-DataBank.
